I really hope so. I should be there in two weeks. Will let you all know how it goes once I get settled and have an address. Can someone please recommend a particular coffeeshop with nice staff who would be willing to take the time and understand my situation.

Wrong!

Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (S.C. 1996, c. 19) SCHEDULE II:
Cannabis, its preparations, derivatives and similar synthetic preparations, including ...
(emphasis added)
Source: http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts ... ge-24.html

Always check your local laws. Never trust some random guy on the internet. (Also, never trust the RCMP. Never.)

Besides, the "Royal" Canadian Mounted Police, can arrest you for anything they make up, kill you, claim you ran, and not a single question is asked. No outside investigation. Nothing. They are accountable to no one. They get away with murder to protect their drug empire that they stole from the Hells Angels on a regular basis.

So ultimately the law is moot. The RCMP can do anything to anyone at any time and answer to no one. The perfect mob.

I miss the Angels. When they were here there was rule of law. There was a code. Now, it is complete chaos, and the cops love it.

Golden rule for these forums. Go read it:
https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewt ... f=6&t=3669

Paranoia huh? It is all fact.

I will not reply with insults back at you however. I am better than that.

Go read the Criminal Code of Canada. You have no idea unless you have.
http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/C-46/

Marijuana is the best medication for anything. It does not cause paranoia. The only paranoia results from the fact that it is illegal and the RCMP can harass you any time they like just because you toke.

Hypothetical situation: Cows milk is illegal. There is a cop at the door. You have a carton of cows milk in your fridge. How would you feel? Does milk cause paranoia?

They have medications for everything, they are all Soma. (Go read some more) 33% of Canadians are on dangerous anti-depressants. Just the way they want it. Much more expensive than free weed.

And finally (tongue planted firmly in cheek): "Just because you are paranoid, does not mean they are not out to get you!"

:P

Fine. Here you go. (Since English may not be your first language I'll help you out.)
(4) A peace officer, and every person lawfully assisting the peace
officer, is justified in using force that is intended or is likely to
cause death or grievous bodily harm to a person to be arrested, if
...
(c) the person to be arrested takes flight to avoid arrest;
http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts ... 8.html#h-6
(3) A peace officer or a person acting under the direction of a peace officer is not guilty of an offence under subsection (1) if the peace officer or person does any of the things mentioned in that subsection for the purposes of an investigation or otherwise in the execution of the peace officer’s duties.
http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts ... html#h-136
(they can take anything they want from anyone and answer to no one)

Just two examples.

The RCMP have made threats against my person on several occasions. They answer to no one for it. Go read up on the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP. Complete sham.

I will not back down. I will not be intimidated by these goons with guns. I will expose them for what they are.

Your brainwashing is strong, but in time I will overcome it and the people will wake up and smell the fake dope smoke.

Care to elaborate about these threats?
