best edibles

Hey I wanted to know where you thought they had the best edibles here in amsterdam. I was more looking for things i can't normally get back in new york, so less interested in cookies or brownies. Something unique would be cool, someone was telling to me check out gummy bears, or like my friends have brought back sugar candies back from cali that have been pretty good.

Possible exceptions include: 1e Hulp, Space Tea; New Times, Cannabis Thea, Cannabis Coffee, Cannabis Chocolate Milk; Dolphins, Space Tea. The candies at places like the Hempshopper are cannabis flavored not cannabis infused.

Those sounds delicious, if I must say.

Just a general question – what type of strains are used in edibles? I've had space cakes before but at times experienced what I can best describe as a ‘dirty’ or mixed high, which makes me think they may use some of their lower quality inventory. Or at least types which agree with me less.

I much prefer Sativa’s and would like to know what Im eating, as I know what Im smoking (generally!). Is it polite to just ask the shop?
