Yawn, the o.p stated Amnesia and imo can be as good as anything and myself I don't drink budwhatever so its a nice change, I always have a look for a nice example, we just don't get it at home, all ssd, kushes, and the latest fancy strains, so if neither of ya don't know why bother posting? Pointless post followed by a blow post pfffff.

yoyo for amnesia.. fucking lovely, utopias version was solid, FBN got some pretty lovely amnesia from birdys(haarlem) but thats a bit of as mission for amnesia alone (but their jelly hash is divine) got some alright amnesia from kabouter 3 ish weeks ago, sure i got it from a few other places in april, but it was crap..

Amnesia Haze is my favourite strain has been since my first visit in 2005. I do go to Voyagers, Grey Area etc I do know some of the best coffeeshops, just wondered if there was anywhere in particular that had good Amnesia that I didnt know about. Thanks Kermit, Stuart1976 and ftcarer

Good Amnesia is about as good as it gets as far as the hazes/sativa dominant strains go IMO, at least for effects, maybe not taste/smell.
1ehulp had excellent Amnesia on my last trip, but batches change daily, so just look for the best version, you'll find it almost everywhere.

The Amnesia Voyagers gets at times is fucking deadly with a full flavour mmmmmmmm

Best I got was from Amnesia, had realised after a few days of being there that hadn't really had much really sticky weed, so after wandering around several asking for some proper stick icky shit, walked into Amnesia, asked the same, guy picked up what must have been 1/8 bud, squished it, and held his finger showing the bud properly stuck to it mid air. Had to grab it of course, haven't got much to compare it by, as haven't got it that often.

amnesia has been cloned and used SO MUCH in the dam... its nowhere near as good as it was 5+ years ago.

Almost every shop has it... and if you think amnesia is awesome, man ... I feel bad for you... you haven't tried a lotta good bud.... sorry.

I have friends who grow in the dam for coffeeshops... and they say exactly the same thing.

supersilver @ greenhouse blows it away (probably their best stuff imo)... greyhaze @ GA blows it away.... voyagers had some shit that blows it away... i mean i could go on and on.... amnesia is very average weed now.... 10 years ago? a different story.

there's much better bud in amsterdam (and the world) than amnesia haze.

I encourage you to try it.

heck, voyagers has testing tues... go for like 10 euros and buy whatever they have. its a steal, and usually hella-awesome.

+1 On the Amnesia Haze from Yoyo, also Happy People (Dapper Markt) had a great example last year. Also heard about Katsu having some good one for cheap atm (can't confirm it myself). Nothing wrong with Amnesia Haze imo. Surely it was very popular amongst growers during the past years. Once I even bought some from a young guy near the vondel park for 5€/g. 4 grams for 20 euros, excellent smoke and best value for money ever. If I have the choice though, I do go for something more energetic or more uplifting most of the time.

Respect the old school strains!

Well, after somewhere around 50 to 60 trips over the last 30 odd years (lost count ages ago), 16 in the last 30 months, believe me that I've tried more than most.
When Amnesia is good, as it often was at Basjoe when James was there for example, it's about as good as it gets as far as hazes go IMO.
I feel bad for YOU, if you've rarely come across good Amnesia....sorry.
