It's indeed 'hashish' from Afghanistan(respectively border area Pakistan). Keep it away from me! Lowest grade or as I call it 'afghan soapbar' as it's contaminated with all sorts of rubbish(vegetable oil, animal fat etc.). That's one of the reasons it's often pretty pliable(I often wonder why people relate this with freshness or whatever but that's an other too long story ). Pretty weak punch, too(on the stony side).
Personally would never buy it at a coffeeshop but each to their own! Reminds me of the phenomenon that there is more or less unadulterated moroccan soapbar around on some coffeeshop menus - it's still crap I don't support .

I guess coffeeshop owners are pissing themselves laughing when selling it as it's dirty cheap in whole sale(not only regarding that one!).

Originally booked for the end of August through Priceline and got the Krasnapolosky for 3 nights for about £220. Got an appointment through from the hospital that they want to cut my back open on the 30th for a look and probe about, great as it was in the middle of when i was due to go away. So i booked again and went for the Old Nickel from the 18th till the 20th and decided to fly back instead of Eurostar/Bus.

Now i wake to some bad news this morning, my Uncle Robert died of liver failure at 10 am. Great old dude that was foreman is Fairfields shipyards when it built some of the greatest ships in the world. Sadly like most manual workers he liked a drink or 20 and we think this is what got him eventually. So wether i go on Sat morning is in the air, i get the feeling something or someone does not want me to go this time or maybe 20 trips in 24 months is maybe a bit much.
