I'm staying at that hotel in oct..hope it's not as bad as you make it seem....all I expect is a cot and a squat anyway....and the breakfast looked good too...have got nicer rooms on other trips to the dam but never spend much time there so what's the point...wanted a nice location this time...have stayed at the Marriott and bilderburg garden hotel next to the Hilton...

I had a bad experience at Avenue this time - but the location and breakfast make up for the rude staff and shitty rooms with no view.

You know, i stupidly didn`t even look at the weed in Utopia.
