Now we're getting there. Thanks people!
This is what we've got so far then:
Strict Buy & Fly / Takeaway Coffeeshops with No Smoking and No Coffee
Bij, Amsterdam
Boerejongens, Amsterdam
Chapiteau, Amsterdam
Hugo de Groot, Amsterdam
Trefpunt, Amsterdam
If you have anything to add to this list or corrections to make, please post here.

I believe Catch 33 in Amsterdam was a BnF shop.

According to comments on its
ACD Page Catch 33 has a room at the back. I've never been there though.

Johnny
Always nice stuff. You can sit in the fishbowl if you want but it's mostly buy and fly. I was never in there long enough to see if they had coffee.

Johnny is probably borderline but not strictly a takeaway.
Any more suggestions? Doesn't have to be in Amsterdam.

Boerejongens got a new seating area. We can scratch that one from 'strictly buy and fly'.

I'd never even attempt to sit in Grey Area

Really wish they had a place to smoke there.

Forgive me I know my memory is super hazy, but Coffeeshop Flower Power maybe? We stayed near there, but was also not far from my fave 1e Hulp and another amazing shop Funky Munkey so I was always en route and only stopped once.
My bud book from the trip I have "Lemon Haze ? 9 euro. Super smeller, stalling smoker, a bit harsh" wrote down..
I do not remember any seating but there may have been window railing lean to's...? Again I only spent about a minute or 2 in here so apologies if I am off a beat.

That is a bummer about the locals only jazz. Maybe staying in Paul A for a few days in May.. Anybody have any trouble with that at other shops?
