Thanks! Been lurking on this site since last summer and finally got up the gumption to comment. Lived in Italy and Germany for the last 12 years and recently relocated back to the states. I loved living in Europe and reading on this forum helps being me back. Amsterdam is a wonderful city to visit with or without added benefit of CSs. Will try to post more and hope to get back over there in next two years. Meanwhile I know a couple of peeps that can keep me supplied here whenever I want.

I know it is hard to believ but people used to be able to smoke cigarettes anywhere and everywhere. To an 18 year old me waiting on a flight at LAX in 1981, the only recourse for me was to smoke the pot my sister gave me right before the flight home to the east coast. The paranoia that today's generation is experiencing did not exist back then. Cops and security in airports were non-existant too. But I suspect most of you are too young to know anything about that. Not sure if im being told to fuck off or if that is just current way to say FU to the man. If I'm being told to "fuck off copper" I've got to say your hospitality is sad and apparently has been distorted by today's fortress mentality of the US or Britain or wherever else you might live. Really a shame! Kind of thought this forum was filled with free thinking folks who like to accept others and have a good time appreciating. If I've misunderstood then, chalk it up to another old hippy basking in his own paranoia and flashbacks
