You Initial "Plan of Attack" for day 1...

Land at 10.25am on the 30/9. Get to central about 11.30 (hopefully) off to utopia for a coffee and a pre rolled then get some lunch possibly hit up pri d'amix on the way back to central to get the ferry to the botel. Check in and have a lie down for an hour to pick up the shattered pieces of my mind. Then back into the dam for some more CS fun till I pass out. Repeat a similar pattern with different coffee shops and the odd cultural visit till Wednesday.

Stop at voyagers on the 30th about 1-2pm get my first smoking gear, quick smoke then onto Greenhouse Effect to sort the apartment out, then aftr that fuck know.

My Day 1 "Plan of Attack" is also the complete stay most of the time... but I'm in Mokum...
A few weeks later, time to do it all over again....
One day I'll be able to add an overnight stay...

Getting in at 0900 and being able to stay until around 0200 would be sweet.

nothing wrong with a plan.. just don't get bogged down in planning every minute detail.

usually i get off the plane, grab a pack og lucky strike silver and have a smoke outside schipol while comming u with my plan.(i quit smoking cigs a few years ago but always seem to buy a few packs in dam). i then usually get tickets and jump on the train while listening to del the funky homosapien's both sides of the brain album(a tradition i have).


arriving by car via france though this time so will be different. hopefully arrive t voyagers by 11 am after a 7 or 8 hr drive. check in. from there as i will be with 2 others will prob come up with the plan of attack with them.

I've only ever done the high speed from Paris to Schiphol which is around 4 hours... I'd be pining for a doob after 7 or 8 hours... i hear ya on the ciggies... I always sneak a pack or two along for a quick taste... only on vacation

Smoke a full gram doobie with no filter @ CS (Not cut with tobacco like you crazy europeans do it), buy a gram for the road, a cheapo grinder and some rolling papers.


Check in to Flying Pig Uptown for about 6pm


Purchase bottle of wine from hostel bar.


Drink bottle of wine while getting settled in to room, get everything locked up and safe.


Take an evening stroll through Vondelpark


Visit the Hard Rock Cafe for dinner (First night I always eat American food, its a weird long-standing tradition for all trips)


Take a stroll through to downtown, stop at a few Coffee Shop's and hopefully meet up with some people.


Return back to hostel for a fairly early night, 12midnight or so.

I was just going to suggest this. I was really surprised to find good inexpensive wine everywhere, even in the trendy shops. Some vino in vondel'd be nice.

First day....my plane lands at 830.. At central station by 930...walk over to my hotel...drop my bag off in the luggage room...I've decided my first shop will be utopia as it is across from my hotel, hotel avenue....unless something changes I'll try either the champagne haze or the cantaloupe haze...then off to Barney's to try liberty haze and the tangerine dream...finally over to voyagers to load up on everything... Might hit a shop in between Barney's and voyagers....and maybe a smart shop too....I just can't wait..I love Amsterdam

I'm arriving on the 27th @ Schiphol 10:30, After the first Hash Joint. plans are whatever direction I roam..... okay...Roam towards Hotel...Check In... Roam, Eat, Smoke, Smoke, Roam, Eat, Smoke, Smoke, Sleep, Smoke, Eat, Smoke, Roam... Repeat and Rinse
