Suggest you check the Coffeeshop review and Travelogue pages. Usually some pretty good up to date info on there about hash.

Bud tender at Green Place told me to avoid the Twizzla yesterday and recommended Zero Zero. Maybe just ask to see both of them to be sure.

Top class tip thanks. I was going in there for some Twizzla soon. Will try the zero - zero instead.

The Twizzla gone down hill now was my favourite hash but two weeks ago it was weak was not worth the money will keep a look out on the reviews for my next trip in two months time

mostly good hash is soft and bendable. good one should also show some reflections (at least on the corners and edges) of resin on its surface - looks a bit like sugar glazing. smell should be rich and mostly sweet and/or spicy. smell of good maroc for example reminds me of christmas cookies/candy.
black hash is a bit more difficult to judge from looks and smell. better stick with high grade maroc if you want to be sure to get clean product. edit: nepal cream from utopia is a good dark one. not saying that there ain't more good dark ones available at other places, but i didn't try them. so green light on the nepal cream.

I bought some Twizzla from Green Place last week and it wasn't bad, but wasn't anything special either. The stand-out hash from my trip was probably the Charas from Basjoe. It has a really squidgy, oily texture and is a smooth, uplifting smoke. It was e12.50 I think

Club Media for Carmelo and Zooltjes, Paradox usually have good hash, and with the 5 euro bags it's not to pricey to try them all

All shops are on the map. Are you prepared to leave the center?
Chapiteau has very good hash. Roembuter, Super Polm, and Kashmir are all excellent.

Nepalese Cream is so good from Utopia i bought what was left in the tub.
Just my 3c worth
