Looking for unpressed Sativa Ice

Post by doctordude »

Hello Hashish lovers :)
I'm looking for something quite specific: unpressed Ice (aka. Ice-O-Lator, Ice-water hash, Bubble Hash ...) trichomes made from a Sativa plant. If it's from a known (Nederwiet) strain, that's an added bonus, but not strictly necessary.
It's a present for a friend and since I'm not a hash smoker myself, I only know about 1 shop selling this kind of product: Grey Area. Their menu is a bit ambigious, but there may be 3 sorts which could match what I'm looking for.

I'm wondering if some other shop offers a similar product? And at what prices?

Thanks in advance!

hey doctordude,
check this out... http://www.coffeeshopmenus.org/CoffeeshopMenus.htm
One example - 1e Hulp has Amnesia for 36E/gm...

I prefer a Sativa based hash over Indica, but the latter is faster to market, so there's "lots" more of it.
Happy trails...

Also Club Media had Amnesia ice for 25euro in august, really nice hash, very tasty and madly sticky!

Thanks for the infos, but I'm a bit confused by the "madly sticky" comment?!? To clarify: I'm looking for unpressed Ice. And if I remember correctly (bought "Grey Mist" around '99/'00, while high like a kite) it's not really sticky unless you press it with your hands. Which makes sense, since the trichomes are not damaged and the "sticky stuff" is still inside...

What I'm looking for looks basically like grey-yellowish sand / powder - hence the names "Grey Mist" (back in the day) or probably "Grey Grains" nowadays. I'm not looking for your common brown-blackish Ice, which indicated that it has been pressed by hand or a machine...

Thanks!

sorry but I misunderstood your question. what i can tell you is that only unpressed hash i've seen in amsterdam is grey cristal from grey area which was nice but nothing special imo and dutch dust from homegrown fantasy which I never tried

This is correct, HGF dust was very harsh and not that good.

Im confused by your question because you are using "isolator" and "unpressed trichomes" interchangeably when i think they are two different things. Grey Area has two products in this area:

1) grey crystals which is unpressed Silver bubble trichomes
2) Silver Bubble unpressed isolator

I tried both and thought the crystals were better....

Yeah, as I said, I'm not a hash expert and you are of course right  I also chose the Grey Crystals when I went there last week. And I got high praises from my hash-smoking friends, so it seems to be really good stuff...
