Driving up from Dunkirk looking for a stop over on way with a coffeeshop or two plus see a different town In Holland any recommendation its only for one night. On the way to the dam.

Can I even score outside Dam or is it just maastricht?

If you want to get weed , Rotterdam or den Haag ...Breda in wietpas territory.

avoid rotterdam, shit weed and and not a welcoming atmosphere at all. den haag and utrecht though are nice city and have good shops. delft too is very nice but not a great cs scene imo.

but still a nice city to see its different more new tech then most other cities still worst the visit there.. and bus leave Utrecht to Roterdam on too kinderdijk mills n Breda (i think bus 90) 2hours from Utrecht to kinderdijk
