I'm just wondering what would happen OUTSIDE of the shops? ID checks, Search & Seizure in the Vondelpark? How would the owners of e.g. Nes or Rookies react to smoking foreigners in the pubs? Or would that still be tolerated even though they obviously bought wiet on the black market? A crappy law, if I ever saw one...

What happens outside of the shop I would think depends on the individual attitude.
Take me for instance, I would still do what I do but in sub rosa. Simply too easy, adapt and overcome.

You would require to set up a properly constituted trust, you would require headquarters, you would require an international bank, pretty strict rules for moving big money around the world, you would need lawyers, accountants, business plans, Charitable status for tax ? takes anything 6 - 12 months depends where your based I suppose. Oh and by the way the city does a compulsory purchase on the properties why the fuck would they want to sell them back to you to turn back into coffeeshops.

I actually did not mention the idea but to say that the idea of leveraging your power or numbers is a ludicrous statement is ignoring reality..Jews have a pretty powerful lobbying group in US.disproportionate to their numbers.why because they fight for it.stoners definitely don't wield the power they could .spidergawd , my sense of humor can be pretty decent on occasion . Obviously, I had not heard that the 1012 project involved the city actually buying property.thought they would just kill licenses and force sales to new businesses. Was talking to DC at the bar the other day and while detailing why my idea sucks ass he said he would rather give money to starving children..he ,also, said maybe the coffeeshop owners could have done this on their own earlier..true if they have as much money as he supposes.(.DC,please, chime in if I have got any of your opinions wrong,although I am quite sure about your opinion of my idea)

I found it interesting,however, that he sympathized with the dutch with regard to their feeling of embarrassment regarding their reputation because of weed and sex..if I were a dutchman and somebody bought into the stereotype I would be inclined to explain to the uneducated person who said that about the disproportionately high gnp..number 1 on UNICEF child welfare rankings..low drug use..etc..
