Joshua, This item went into a box probably 28-30 years ago. It could be shared amongst multiple people as a way to conceal a burning joint. The technology has advanced quite a bit since then, but, if you show the picture to an older smoker or ask about a 'power hitter,' they might know what you're talking about.
