coffeeshops w/ minimal tourist presence

Is there a thread highlighting 'local' AMS coffeeshops?
The kind where the only tourist is the one that found it by mistake.
For a change of scenery, I'd like to visit a couple of 'local' shops.
Any recommendations?

Eh I found a shop where no tourist goes,I then told my mates and suddenly it was full of tourists,then I found a great shop and all the locals told me don't tell anybody about this shop just in case tourists are looking for it .......blah blah blah,go to Harlem,live your life not mine.

Each time i go it's always empty... it's a pity because i really like the place in terms of light and space...
