Buying Cannabis in Weed pass cities currently

It looks like I will be spending one night in a weed pass city (at the moment), Eindhoven. I was interested in any experiences with purchasing, Cannabis and hash. what to expect, is it pretty easy to do, or there is some stress to it, how the blokes are who sell, etc.

Also, It seems that I have a half hour between trains in Venlo, Ideally I would purchase there and be done with it, prepare my smoking etc. but I have read some relatively bad reports on that scene in the past, that is, when there were no weed pass. ANy advice on this would be very appreciated.
