I would like to know from those who attended in the past, whether it is actually worth that much money? Will the gear you test even be worth a fraction of that ticket price? Are the events and seminars entertaining, or is it too focused on the growing/genetics geeky side of thing? Also, is the event too American (no offense to my friends from the South, but that's just not my cup of tea).
Obviously there is some bragging rights associated with that judge's pass (probably frame it). Also I live in the Netherlands now, so I just need to take a train to Amsterdam, as opposed to a long ass flight from Canada. However, its right in the middle of the week, so I will have to take time off work/school.
Any advice would be highly appreciated
