^ I like the look, sound, and price of that ^

Great place. There's a fairly large Muslim population in the New South area, just south of the plein pictured here, and I wonder if that has something to do with their nice hash selection...

pengaldinho wrote:3g Golden Cream E10/per g – beautiful sweet creamy smoke and nice charged high. Would give a lot of things to have the old school mobile phone size slab that my 3g was cut from.

I'm always looking for a more sativa-leaning hash. I hope they still have (something like) this in stock come may/june.

How come we never see photos of someone's kick-ass salad and cottage cheese plate? :D

Thanks Peng for taking the time to put this all up here

1.The Mexi(De Graal) and the over priced Lemon Haze Marroc (Bushdoc) also had more awake sativa buzzes.
2. I was going to take a pic of the salad at Lootje but i was too hungry :D

Forgot to put in day one:
A haggard looking Damon Hill almost ran me over in a jaguar then stared at me in at some point in De Pijp and my mate twisted ankle and took a big drop when we got out of Lootje, I almost fell over laughing.

Day 2

1e Hulp – upgraded tubs for their wears, still one of my fave shops this year. Put some tunes on the jukebox and chilled for an hour- repeatedly banged my head on the low hanging metal lights.
1g Gardella E12– really clean fresh Moroccan flavor, a bit like Grand Cru from last trip but not as lengthy and strong buzz. I will be back for more next time.
Image
Image
1g NYCD E12 – smelt was nice enough for me to buy it – but didn’t get to sample it on its own as it went into my pre cinema spliff.
Image
1g G13 Amnesia E13 - energetic buzz and mouthwatering haze flavours. Another top recommendation from ACD.
Image
Image
Image
.5g SSH E5.50 – nice sample of the strain
Image
Image
.5g Sour Diesel E5.50 – looked poor – had a weird unpleasant taste. Don’t know why he got it after looking at it.
Image

Paradox – grabbed some fruit juices, they go down much easier than the smoothies. Relaxed in here for an hour. Nice friendly service.
Image
2g 100% sativa E30 – WOWOWOOWIE! Saved for the next morning wake and bake (smoke report to come)
Image
2 cakes for the cinema
Image

Tram to Cinema to book tickets for Skyfall. And round the corner to:

Bushdoctor – the guy behind the bar didn’t seem interested at all in what I said to him. Was looking to get the Turkish or the cheese o lator as well but he was a dick.
1g Lemon Haze Morocc E20 – not really worth the money (considering the boca/mexi were E7 cheaper) but it was proper good bit of hash – really interesting wide eyed up high.
Image
Image
Image
Rolled a little gold cream for the walk to:

Dampkring – Tender was a fool – trying to be pally and then trying to weigh out grams when i'd asked to smell.
1g Sensible E14 – noting special – what I got later from TK for almost half the price was better.
Image
Image

Brootje Bert – BLT goodness mmmm, but the apple cake was sold out for second trip in a row! NOOOOOO!
Image

Hotel

De Graal
.5g ciazolator E20 – I wanted some ice for the film. With no ice at Betty's I remembered seeing E40/g ice at De Graal. It wasn’t the legend who served me yesterday but a woman. She did her absolute best to try and get what was in the bag – out. In the end she weighed a small spoon, then scraped the bag and when it weighed .5g more than the spoon she gave it to me. More great service from De Graal.
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

Club Media – no champagne haze! And its not coming back! Please god! WHY!!!
1g POG E10 – I cant really remember this or the Hindu Kush (I didn’t buy them) but they were my friends two favourite smokes.
Image
Image
1g Hindu Kush E11- good smokey smoke :)
Image
Image
1g Motivation E11– smelt of meaty sausages and rosemary stuffing – tasted similar – SUPERB SMOKE! Put me in a nice daze before bed.
Image
Image
Image
1g Zooltjes E12 – nowhere near as pliable as some of the other hashes, nice taste but not super.
Image
Image

Burger bar for a Kobe – went down a treat. Had the Paradox cake for starters.
Image

Basjoe – for a hot chocolate and pre cinema smoke.
This flat faced cat would not stop trying to burrow up my mates sleeves.
Image

I rolled this in CM, after getting as much ice on the paper as possible I realized I should have put it in the middle of the paper because now it was going to be a pain to roll(and have to be FAT) so I got the NY from 1E and about a g of Gold Cream and rolled a zebra spliff. Made me FLY!
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

Tuschinski Cinema – had a balcony seat right at the top. Was a bit of a strange view but the seats were comfy with nice leg room and I got used to it.

Film finished just after midnight, wondered back with a hash zoot, then some motivation before bed. I love Amsterdam.

Great reading and looking at your pics. That jelly/ice/sticky stuff from 1eHulp looks super! Love the cinema you visited. One of my fave buildings and a great place to see a film. Pity about Skyfall. I really didn't like it. What happened to evil super villains trying to kill the world? Now we have crazy men trying to kill little old ladies who have long qualified for their bus pass. I'm probably living in the past but I liked the Roger Moore era Bond film plots a lot more.
How much did you produce?

Cheers, I forgot to put a shoutout to you in the report for the Motivation recommendation. Nice one for that - super smoke.

Each to their own but De Pijp is the best area in Dam for me, I could spend all day there. 11- Papilion for hash, 12.30 Moa Pies for lunch, wander down the market grabbing a waffle from wally, 2- Club Media for multiple nice strains. Get super high. 5 Dinner at Loetje then De Graal till closing. That’s pretty much my perfect 12hours.

The ice was from De Graal. :D The Tuschinski is an amazing building and I agree Skyfall was pretty crap, but then I'm not the biggest bond fan. But i do agree that the older ones are better, at least Skyfallw wasn't as bad as Quantum of Solace.

Day 3

Got breakfast at 8ish, popped down to AH for some innocent apple juice(rip off but tasty) and some oranges. Went back up to the room we each rolled a g of 100% sativa and flew straight out the window on a wind of sativa and reggae, I was out there for almost 2hours. AMAZING SMOKE! I wrote in the paradox thread ' I felt like I was riding the waves of the trumpet and all the sounds were washing over me. ' Thanks again to Rvan and Panog for the heads up. I am currently uploading some of the play lists to share with the good peeps of ACD. https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewt ... 24&t=22309

(the windows I flew out of)

De Graal – Was in here for hours
Image
Image
2g Cashmir E15 – Really soft just like the boca/mexi. Not as strong as previously, overpriced but nice.
Image
Image
Image
Image
3g Super High Rise – HELL YEAH!
Image
Image
Image
Image
1g Boca – HELLL YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!
Image
Image
1g Mexi – I SAID HELLLLLLL YEAHH!!!!!!
Image

On day one I forgot to mention we were sitting on the chairs upstairs facing the stairs. After about 45mins in the shop and we were really high my friend pointed out the fish tank and said where did that frog come from. We had a closer look and because the frog was so motionless we decided it was plastic. I said image if it burst into life, which it did making us jump. This visit we spoke to the owner on the way in about the alien looking tropical albino frog and the tiny salamander (which he thought had ran away), he said wait till I come and feed them in a bit. It was great to watch as he poured in a tub of small red worms and as they tried to burrow away under the sand as the frog scampered around shovelling as many into his mouth as would fit. The salamander didn’t eat many worms, it was interesting to see them interact – he even went for a ride round the tank on the frogs back. More shops need fish tanks.

Moa Pies – We went halfs on 4 pies: Thai Red Curry, Steak, Veg, Egg & Bacon. All amazing. Pity they were sold out of the veg curry as that was my fave last time. Another gem of a shop in De Pijp.
Image
Image
Fire sauce – like Tabasco but with a sweet element. Mmmmm, bought a little bottle to take home. The Kiwi/jalapeño chutney was good aswell.
Image

Abba – for a smoke, relax and nap.

De Klos – sat on the far side for a change, nice to watch the chef cooking the huge pieces of meat on the big grill. As good as ever. Only negative is that we had to eat fast as my friend was leaving soon and wanted to get in as much smoking time as possible. Hindsight is a bitch.
Image
Image
Image
Image

Voyagers – packed so my mate grabs:
1g skywalker og – no pic

Down the road to
Image

Greenplace- asked what was good and wasn’t impressed with what I was shown. Hawaiian kush and something else – poor looking and smelling. Grabbed the better looking hash and sat down to watch football highlights in the back
1g maxi mello E13 – Was slightly harsh compared to other Morocs this trip, which I felt was the same with the Twizzla last trip.
Image
Image
Image
Image

Walked with my mate up to CS, he gets on his tram to catch the coach home.
Image

I wonder over to :
Betty boop to check for ice again, still out.

Tweede Kamer – Dutch tender had extensive animated conversion with group ahead of me. All I could understand was 'pineapple haze'. So I had a look it was crumble but smelt gorgeous.
1g Sharazde sunrise E8.50 – really good for the price.
Image

Got a text from my mate 'you dickhead you booked the return coach for me 28 days too early. I’m coming back Centraal!' So I headed turned around and walked up to Dam sq and meet him at:

Utopia – It was 11pm and my friend had no weed so we came here.
1g Ice E16 – my mate smoked and enjoyed this.
Image
1.5g Citeronella - repeat purchase – could have sworn I took a pic. Had the lovely lemony goodness to it.
.5g og 18 – no pic

Smoked here till they closed then back to the hotel for the last time. :(
