Had Mes TC's caramel today since she was out of house... Knocked me on my arse for about 4 hours...took about 90 mins to kick in... Just lovely

you can certainly use that one... i am against putting anything in my caramel...except cannabutter!! ...my running joke: Keep your walnuts out of my caramels!!! :wink:

i use this one:

it's bull about 15 minutes...takes much longer than that...getting up to the correct temp is the important part...let it take as long as it takes...

I had a quarter when i was Amsterdam and it was amazing..

Thanks for the recipe, and best of luck with your business endeavor. A friend in Vancouver, WA is starting a canna biz, with his target market- the mainstream (it's big). Lots of web names available too if you want to go that route.

Today seemed like good day to finish off last piece of summer batch. Slightly darker overall. Tasted great. Was cold from long term refrigeration but crumbled apart deliciously. :mrgreen: That was an hour ago, so the madness is just underway :)
