I remember watching a documentary about moroccan farmers and the guy was saying he didnt even export the top grade stuff as the losses are too great if discovered. the second grade is the export. obviously first grade hash is exported but I wouldnt have thought in quantities like 11 tons but again, who knows!

they catch a small % of the total stuff.

Proof?! they busted HERE 43 tonnes of Hashing last April ... didnt do shit still found Hash at same prices all summer long
