Amsterdam/Rotterdam (and Hasselt, BL) 26-28 January

So just over 4 weeks until I fly out to Amsterdam. If the flight lands on time I should have about 3 hours there (haven't decided which coffeeshops to head to yet) before getting the train to Rotterdam.
I booked a hotel room months ago at the same time as I booked my last trip to Tilburg and it's only costing me £59.00 (about 70 Euros) for 1 night B&B in the Rotterdam Hilton. If you booked today it would cost you £195.00 so I reckon I got a good deal !
This is my 4th time to Rotterdam and I always head for Nemo. Last time in Rotterdam I tried to find some other coffeeshops. I stumbled upon 2 but neither would let me in
(can't remember what they were called) ! So if anyone can recommend any places I should check out (apart from Pluto and Bob Marley) ??
I've only got 1 night in Rotterdam then I'm getting the train to Hasselt in Belgium where I'm going to a gig (Enter Shikari). I'm praying for no rain because I'll have to smoke "al fresco" !
