Making my 4th trip to Amsterdam just AFTER the Cup this year.
I'm getting in on Monday the 27th and staying until the 30th. It's a shame I'll just miss the cup and the coffeeshop tour with everyone, but maybe it will be cheaper and less crowded the following week. Anyway, I know it's going to kick ass and I can't wait. I doubt many people will be staying until the 27th but if anyone's around we should definitely smoke a bong someplace!

I'll be there on the 27th, till 10PM when I get my coach home. I'm staying at the Hotel Annemarie. Wouldn't mind meeting up for a smoke..

Hey yeah man, that sounds great. My plane arrives at noon on the 27th and I'll be taking the train to Amsterdam Centraal as soon as possible, and then moving on directly to the coffeeshops. I'm travelling alone, I'll be meeting a local friend later in the day. If you want to arrange a meet here that's cool, or email meSimon The Byron wrote:I'll be there on the 27th, till 10PM when I get my coach home. I'm staying at the Hotel Annemarie. Also, right now I'm planning on getting a train & ferry back to London. It runs about 55 euro one way I think. Is the coach option much cheaper? I imagine it's quite a long ride. I'm assuming you're headed back to London, but I guess that may not be the case

Well, it all depends on whether you can get a funfare ticket, which is charged at a lower rate. It cost me and my two friends 30 quid each for a RTN from London Victoria to Amsterdam. It takes about 11 hours, but I tend to sleep on the journey so I don't really notice it.
Anyway, just let me know where and what time you'd like to meet up. Amnesia at 1-2 good for you?
