i have notised that a few puffs do me no harm, but if i smoke a half of J like a half year ago i completely go wacco.

With such complex psychological issues to manage , id suggest that you dont smoke anything at all . Trust me, i'm a doctor.

I had to stop smoking (after 15 years) because of panic attacks that appeared suddenly... it's been almost a year now...
Still have slight attacks more or less every weeks...
But i can't stop being interested by it... i'm still looking at the menus and ACD everyday... even bought seeds (just in case ...

I've been to dam once this year and just went in coffeeshops to enjoy the smell and the atmosphere...
Enjoyed the city as before but with beers, food and walking all around town... it was really nice !

As you have problems with anxiety i also think you shouldn't smoke at all...

But just in case you're going for it not matter what, i really enjoyed, at the time the kali mist from greenhouse which was a light happy sativa... the south african hash from anyday which was also really nice had an enjoyable mild high and gave no paranoia (this was three years ago, haven't tried this years batch)... another thing is i prefered to be high, confortable in my room at night better than in coffeeshops... i like to be able to lay down and don't have to walk or be on a chair... it relaxed me... so maybe it can work for you...

I dunno I used to smoke my first weed with nice effect, and after that panic attack i am kinda scared. my only hope is weed with more cbd then THC, that is like healthy weed XD

Ah. Your issues are more complex than i initially deduced. Such display of aggressive sexual preference is common amongst young men with psychotic tendencies. While a daily intake of Olanzapine would be a suitable medicine to prescribe , i feel that complementary therapy, over some months , would be of considerable benefit. You can make a further appointment with the receptionist on your way out.

Perhaps it'd be best to just try various strains, partly indica-dominant, partly sativa-dominant and see how you can handle the intoxication. ive been taking olanzapine for 7 years for anxiety and I find smoking cannabis helps my condition. Try the nepalese Temple Ball from Stix. Its a nice mellow meditive high.

I am 3 months on Sipralexa now, and it kinda helps... but can you recoment something in the centrum of amsterdam? I dont wanna go off centrum you know.

do some people have experience with thai stick ? and what is the effect? if you take to many?

You will be very unlikely to get proper old school Thai Stick in the Dam. By a couple of g of outdoor Thai from say Anyday and put half a g in a joint. It is a nice mellow head high that wont fuck you up.

how do you mean proper thai weed? i was the menus on the internet and almost 1 in 5 coffeeshops have thai stick on their menu.

The Thai of the 60s/70s was a strong sativa weed. Today it is (at least I have found) not a shadow of what it was. Having said that it is a nice mellow smoke that will keep you functioning.
