February 12th - 15th

Although my previous trip to Amsterdam ended just about one month ago, I‘ll be back with three pals in February (12th - 15th). We‘re all rather young students in our early twenties and enjoy consuming cannabis regularly since several years. I and another pal have been to Amsterdam multiple times in the past and we are probably the most experienced consumers in this group - both quality- and quantity-wise. Another pal was there only once - he accompanied me on my last trip and was overly pleased. However, the other pal has never been there and is more or less a novice consumer :D.

We‘ll travel by train and are scheduled to arrive at Amsterdam Centraal at midday. Furthermore, we‘ll be staying at the CRIB EXTREME /X1 apartment, which is located directly in the Red Light District (De Wallen) and quite close to the Voyagers. :)

During this trip I‘d like sample the below-mentioned strains and will buy at least one gram each - presuming, that these strains will still be sold in 21 days ;). My pals will probably only buy one or two grams each per shop and decide spontaneously on what strain(s) to acquire, so we should end up with well over 30 grams.

Voyagers
Blue Cheese (12,00 €)
Kandy Kush (12,00 €)
Kosher Kush (15,00 €)
Purple OG #18 (13,50 €)
Purple Westside (?)

Grey Area
Blackwater (16,00 €)
Casey Jones (13,00 €)
Chocolope Kush (14,50 €)
Grey Haze (11,50 €)
Shakzilla (13,00 €)

Green House
Arjan's Ultra Haze #1 (14,50 €)
Flowerbomb Kush (16,00 €)
Hawaiian Snow (14,50 €)
Super Lemon Haze (14,50 €)
Super Silver Haze (14,00 €)

Utopia
Amnesia (12,00 €)
Citronella (13,00 €)
Motivation (13,00 €)
Recon (?)
Silver Bubble (?)

Paradox
Well, although the Paradox is probably one of the most calming and enjoyable places to be in Amsterdam, their marihuana is not overwhelming.
I might just try their White Widow variation (called Ace at 8,50 € per gram) and decide spontaneously.

I consider doing a live travelogue with pictures and strain reviews. :)

Best regards

Mh, actually I was never disappointed with their quality; the Hawaiian Snow and the Super Silver Haze I acquired there last December were superb and - contrary to some complaints I've read here - very nicely cured. Perhaps I was just lucky with those particular batches?

I don't see any (close) alternatives. Club Media (especially their Champagne Haze at just 12,50 € per gram) is appealing, but we'd need to walk at least 35 minutes to reach this establishment - we try to avoid trams whilst intoxicated. :D However, I'll propose this to my mates.

yea the hawaiian snow is their best product for sure , and is certainly good .

But look at the pricetags mate .
plus hawaiian snow is out of stock or only powder 60% of the times .

get your weed at the other shops u planned , smoke it at the nes cafe , or coffeeshop prix dami whilst playing pool
is a WAYYY better idea than going greenhouse

Indeed, you are certainly correct about the price(s). Sadly, there appears to be no other establishment in Amsterdam, which sells nicely cured Hawaiian Snow at reasonable prices. Abraxas had some Hawaiian Snow (12,50 € per gram) last December - it was decent at best and didn't match Green House's quality at all. :(

Edit: I've given it some thought and think that we won't visit the Green House at all and instead support both Utopia and Voyagers by sampling all their marihuana and hashish varieties. Thanks Rvan. :)

Hello there. :) Well, I've been to Amsterdam several times and there are some establishments, which almost always have nice strains in stock. You should make sure to visit Grey Area, Utopia and Voyagers and sample various strains to your heart's content.

Perhaps we could meet up and have a little "Toke and Talk". ;)

Best regards
