I'm an Irish guy living close to Amsterdam. I'm very interested in the CBD component of cannabis, and I'm always on the look for strains with high levels of CBD (know of any? Let me know!). I hope I can answer some other peoples question, too.

Always on the look out for high CBD strains myself as I'm playing out a tip that I can get a 'phat head' like feeling with a high CBD strain.

What are the main characteristics of the effects of high CBD cannabis consumption exactly?
