whenever a cop car passes by my house ...its more than likely brought on by the fact that ive 10 plants in full flower at the moment ....im wondering do any of the ACD members grow LEGALLY at home and what are your legal
requirements to do so??
does somebody call to your home and check out your growroom to make sure your not growing too much???

Not legal where I am, not legal anywhere, but for MMJ - each State is different, if you are referring to the US.
Google each State that has a MMJ program... lots of info..

Grow legally? Are you new to the cannabis culture? Just received a computer for the first time but have yet to do a proper search of which countries, if any, legalized pot.
1. If so, at this moment there isn't a country on earth where cannabis is fully legal, none yet.
A couple of countries have made the move towards legalization, but none have. This isn't splitting hairs, you used the word "legal".
2.If you've been around for a while, a real stoner shame that you asked this type of question. Kind of embarrassing not knowing it's illegal.

i have to grow if not the people that make the laws in this country will someday get to tell me how to die as well as trying to tell me how to live my life...its a personal choice at the end of the day...ive been busted b4 not a nice feeling but i grow because its better than being in your situation....i dont drink or do any other substances so its a very important part of my life and i also cant afford €50 for 2.5grms of absolute shit everyday prices in this country are crazy but its the fools that pay the shithead high price dealers the money that are to blame(imo)...if we ever leagalise growing weed here then pm me and i`ll give a head start on getting your own grow going .....

i`d defo get sent away for a short holiday this time for 10 plants(maybe 3mths and serve 2weeks)....
the thoughts of no weed far outweigh the thought of a short holiday in Mountjoy prison(sure the prison even has a nice fluffy name ).....

make sure you have a great filter, dont tell anyone (even ACD), i was growing in a block of flats and my neighbor had police banging on the door at least once a week. ill admit it sometimes my bum cheeks were flapping sometimes seeing a big pig wagon outside the flat. have you got any mates that grow?? or want to grow?? i gave my stuff away to mate and get lots of free weed in return. id say if you were caught with 10 plants it wouldnt be as bad as you think, just make sure you have no scales or drug bags so they cant do you for selling as well.. good luck with the plants mate..

thanks stuart i dont sell it at all more so give it away to friends who also grow so its a bartering buzz...but if the cops find scales and baggies i know im being done for dealing therefore none on the premises...i use airtight small lunchboxs ..

From information I've gathered as it pertains to the US, as long as you are a registered patient/caregiver and are within the allotted number of plants if in fact you are allowed to grow, the local law enforcement (LEO) will leave you alone. If the local LEO's come to your home with or without a search warrant or probable cause, ensure you have all required documentation that states you are authorized. They most likely will know this already, but better to be prepared. In my opinion, the likelihood of cops showing up at your home because you are growing legally is minimal at best. Since you are growing legally (State Law), doesn't matter if the neighbors know or not, best if not though. Comes with its own set of problems. stuart1976 also made some valid points as well...
The Feds are a different story, however I don't think the Feds are going to be busting down doors of people who are growing a handful of plants for personal use. The Feds typically go after the BIG $$$$$, not folks like us. But one never knows...
Everything should be normal in appearance to the observant eye, with only you knowing what grows in your garden.

TBH this question would be better suited to a forum like ICMAG.

There are a LOT of US MMJ growers posting all kinds of interesting info regarding interaction with LEO in general and how it pertains to your question. From what I have gleaned so far YMMV.
