if you read my posts to the OP... there was a :-)

So... if i'm tryin to insult him, (i wasn't) why on earth would i do a :-) ???

second, if you're going to flame someone, please for gods sakes, learn how to spell. :)
Fek, your....oh sorry... you're, having a go at me for spelling mistakes?. Grammar trolling?. You might want to go back an edit you're, oops I meant...... your, punctuation then. As it happens, I'm not deffending Billy, merely pointing out (in direct reply to you) that you're, doh!, your comments to him is where the first signs of Douchebaggery (is this spelled right for you, is it even a word) appeared. Laughing at somebody while calling them paranoid sets the tone, a smiley on the end of your? (fuk it) 4th post hardly changes that. He was pointing out that by law, smoking blunts inside is not allowed, which is the truth and technically correct. Where as you, because you've 'got away with it' in the past, were speaking as if it was ok to smoke blunts inside, which is not the truth and technically incorrect. Instead of having to be told not to do it, why don't you be a little preemptive and just don't do it. Would the 30 feet walk to the door to smoke it outside kill ya?. By your reckoning, it's ok to sit in a coffeeshop smoking blunts and drinking beer from a hidden cup with a bunch of 17 year olds as long as nobody sees the cup, asks for ID or says anything about the fact the wrap is make from tobacco?. At the very least, if somewhere permits you to smoke a blunt inside, try seeing it for what it is, not for what you think it is. A risky and somewhat stupid privilege allowed by the premises, rather than a law guaranteed/tolerted right for the customer. You don't even realise how you sound, how about this, "I've never had any issues, though it is against the law and it's better to ask if the staff if they don't mind risking a fine, first." Technically correct, you still get to show how you're in the cool gang, selfish tones are gone and the people that read this can use their brains, instead of somebody elses ego when they come to town. Oh and just for the record, the smiley was in a reply to Billy, not to the OP 'cofblunttohead' the dude you're getting all macho with and who I believe was actually referring to me when he made the period remark, not you, confused?.

Well, DC is absolutely right; I simply don‘t understand why any reasonable person would even consider to smoke tobacco in an establishment, where it is obviously illegal and therewith accept the risk that the establishment‘s owner may incur a penalty. This applies all the more, as one likes the establishment in question. Why would one risk to economically harm it‘s owner? Those who savor tobacco (blunts in particular) should smoke it (them), where this action isn‘t illegal or where one has to bear the consequences of this breach of law himself.

Ventrue - DC used to let all of us smoke tobacco at the place he works at.... i saw people smoking there all the time.

was there in may for a month, and i lived there last year for several months... no one, ever, in any shop asked me to not smoke blunts and it's not like I was trying to hide it. If they said you can't smoke em, of course, i'd gladly put them away....
