There's only one place be on that date if your in Amsterdam......that would be De Kuil's (420)
After that, we head over to t'Nes
for more fun late into the evening.

If the weather is like 2011 ? (bloody hot
) we'll be outside 420 if it's shitty in any way we'll prob be in Voyagers

What's the deal at De Kuil, is it like being in Times Square on NYE? Sounds like a jam-packed situation, but for what? Just to BE THERE?

Basically, yes.
It's a tradition. It's the reason we go to Amsterdam in April every year.
As far as the ACD is concerned, it started in 2006 when AzLaker got a bunch of us to meet in "in 420 at 420 on 420", as DC concisely put it
, and we've been doing it ever since.
The shop joins in now and marks the occasion, which is good because we're usually so stoned we're liable to miss it (this happened in some early years!
). Last year they passed around a couple of giant joints. I've got a video of them and the coughing that followed.

How is all that supposed to happen, by setting out placards?
If it's nice out, I'll try to secure the veranda. If not, the large table inside. My kind gets no respect, so don't expect much.
Nearly fourteen years of never having burned or spent any meaningful time in De Kuil...why start now? Seems like tradition to me.
