Even if it wasn't free, I'd rather give my money to Adam than HT.

Did you know that Adam and Cici got married and had a baby? NYC (nick to his friends) is the coolest hippist gangsta baby ever. I took him on his first trip to the hot springs a couple of weeks ago. He just turned 7 months old I think. He is one cool little dude. Likes to roll with the big dogs.

Yeah, Adam is well rooted here now and has a great gig going with the HoodLab. They just set up a screen printing rig and dryer so you can now make your own T-shirts on site. They process all my sticks and stems into hemp paper right on site. He has a great big outdoor area that is enclosed from the rest of the Hood, a band stand inside and out. All the cool kids hang out there on Friday nights<sic>.

Yeah it's pretty cool that Adam moved his TH Seeds/Hoodlamb operation to Colorado. I kinda thought it was a gamble, but it seems the perfect fit. I wish him luck.

I live up in Glenwood, and I don't get down to Denver that much. There's a lot going on down there. Pardon the repetition, but this is gonna be epic.

Goes towards the saying that there ain't no such thing as a free lunch... and in this case, the powers that "be" didn't want to provide the stoners with a free lunch.
It's all good, it's happening here as well with the 25 EUR cover charge, which they have also included the Cannalympics, which was free last year. See a trend?

Bummer, I've decided I just can't pay to hang out and smoke. I'll probably skip Denver, but no problem, I've got a stash that I can smoke in the beautiful Colorado mountains (my backyard).

I have no problem with an admission charge. And I am for one glad that High Times is putting on this event...Are they "Cashing In" yes but it does cost to put these events on building rental, event staff, and electricity etc.....NOTHING is FREE..do you get free rent,electricity, food etc...!!?
Some of you people crack me up, no matter what, you have some negative thing to say..whatever..... Im going and Im spending about half what Amsterdam costs and I will have a blast!!
I will probably skip the cannaval though as Id only spend maybe an hour or so there and unless they are giving away a large bag of herb with the admission then $50 is way too much to just sit around and smoke some herb. On second thought after checking the event website it may not be that bad a deal after all, theres games and rides (20 tokens for rides/games included with admission) and concerts including DJ Premier so If it's your thing it might still not be too bad a deal for some.

I hope you find out more soon because I for one do not want to pay $50 to meet up there for a t&t on Friday. If its $50 then we'll have to come up with plan B. We went ahead & got the 2 day HT cup passes. I have lost every cup tshirt I ever owned so I figured it was time for a new one Cant wait to get this party started!!!!
