lost in Amsterdam
I find it funny that some members who have been to Amsterdam 10+ times still need a map to find coffeeshops ,

Re: lost in Amsterdam
A Dutch friend of mine who teaches in the city, is originally from Mokum, and spent most of her life there, still gets lost in Amsterdam.
Next trip: November 2013

I was lost in watergraafsmeer some trips ago for about half an hour. Had no internet access and no map.

Re: lost in Amsterdam
I could get lost in a paper bag if you gave me enough weed and hash to smoke.
I know cos I constantly get lost in Amsterdam on my bike. when I'm stoned especially my brain is not fast enough to register the correct route until I'm past the turning usually.
On foot it is a lot easier to find ones way around I find. Can get a bit tiring if trying to keep up with Gapie though.

I thought this was going to be about that little shop with the cushions on the floor. Really like that place.

Some are forever doomed to need a map in their hand, or to have their hand held, even after ten or fifteen visits.
Oh well...
