It's a picture of medicine being sold. If THAT is problematic ....well then we are all just fucked.
Don't sweat it, no one will be getting into trouble unless he had to sign a no photos waiver : >

So anyway. These are the facts. It is against the law in California to sell/give your meds to another person who does not have a med card in Ca or another state with whom they has reciprocity. Is it likely someone IS going to scan and report this guy?,,,,no. is it possible?,,,,a big yes. You can whine all ya want all I was doing was pointing out the obvious,,,I guarantee you the guy whos meds are posted here would not want it splashed all over,,,,and the clinic could get in trouble ..stoners….ffs. you don’t talk about your grow to anyone but its ok to show where you got yer illegal weed. carry on,,,,,,

too bad the pics are gone...

...i guess they could track you down...i guess they can prove the weed in your friend's system is that exact weed that you purchased...and not the weed he bought from that guy on the street...i guess...sounds kind of ridiculous to me...

...i suppose ANYONE could photograph packages they find on the ground, in the garbage...or even nick them off the web...

...i suppose there is a LOT of reasonable doubt here...even a child THINKING about becoming a lawyer can plant reasonable doubt

imho

It would be wise to consider how many thousands of little packages like that are sold daily in SF... how and why would anyone be trying to track them after being sold??

If someone scanned and reported this guy, they'd be a bit stupid because there is no evidence of a crime. How would it be possible to establish that a crime had occurred? Maybe the OP is not telling the truth about how he got the picture. A picture of a bag is not evidence of crime even if the bag is traceable.

(The above statement is me being pedantic and logical for the purposes of abstract argument. In practise I would agree with the view that it is generally a bad idea to post anything identifiable or personal in connection to potentially illegal activity on public forums, just to provide a comfortable safety margin.)
