Ive tried a one week "detox" and it worked on the first joint in Dam...nearly knocked me on my ass....gave my paranoia....then it was back to normal tolerance next jammer.

Imho, you are wasting time and losing out on being high at home by fasting short term before a Dam trip.

However, if you do a three or four month abstinence from herb you will have the desired tolerance impact.

At the same time, its not really about how high you get, it should be about different steains and flavours. The herb in Dam is really no stronger than anywhere else....its just more freely accessible.

I had 4 days off last week, enforced due to a work trip abroad. Since I returned I've only had vapes (2 volcano bags for wake and bake and 4-6 throughout the evening). Almost whiteyed after the first one but the rest have been great. Decided to do this to give the lungs a break. The flu season has left them in need of some time off the bong.

Had a couple of bongs tonight for the first time in over a week. Nice, but I might stick with vapes in the morning for a while.

For me I seem to get a cold or a little flu bug only after I get back from Amsterdam, I'm guessing it's all the public transportation I use, the trains, trams etc.
