Golyoli CBD oil from Positronics contains less than 0.2% THC. Someone I know is using it for body pain, to be able to sleep at night. It has been working.

Legal or not I do not know. Worth finding out more perhaps.

Royal Queen Seeds sells CBD oil, it costs 35 euro's for 10ml.
The oil contains 2,6% CBD and 0,173% THC.
Haven't visited their shop Royal Queen Seed Store to ask if they also sell the oil there.
