Several coffeeshops are selling BHO oil in a variety of forms. You can take a gram of that and mix it with a tablespoon of coconut oil over low heat in a double boiler and have exactly what you need. It will be very expensive buying and consuming this way, but for someone with no other choice or connections it is an option. PM me if you are serious and need details.
