very bad news The Hemperor is dead.
The global cannabis community mourns the loss of the great Jack Herer.
news has been confirmed. Jack Herer, author of Emperor Wears No Clothes and renowned around the world for hemp activism, has died at 11:17 a.m. 04/15/10, in Eugene, Oregon.

A few of us were at Coffee Shop 4/20 on the that day when the staff made the announcement and had a moment of silence at 4:20.
