Bubbleman's dry-sift screens and vaping

Got a set of dry-sift screens...

from the Bubbleman

to try to make this

Here's a quick teeny batch made this morning using 8 month-cured Orient Express,
with minimal refinement work (carding) done on this last 70 micron screen (contaminant removal)...

Vaped all of it using solid valve w/ fine screens top and botton. Tho' some residue remains...

...it didn't make a gooey mess and most of it simply e-vape-orated. More card work on the 70 micron screen
would have reduced the remaining particles further.
I'm also experimenting with using this dry-sift in portable flower-cartridge vapes-
it may not be clean enough for a porous ceramic block portable oil vape.
Here's a great how-to thread started by Bubbleman in January 2013.

And btw, here's the difference between volcano's regular and fine screens...

Any dry-sift experience out there? Lessons learned?
