I liked rolling with the clear paper. You could see how the pot levels out and can spot chunks. It was like seeing the inside of a paper.

The taste was what I describe as "heavy"...whatever that is.

The next time I reached for papers I passed them up. I guess that about says it all.
Burnt crisp outside...well done on the inside.

seriously they are pretty popular in canada when people are rollin` hash with their weed.i find it good for mixing different strains of weed so when smokin u can see which strain is your smoking.expensive as shit though.3 bucks for 50.

In case anyone hasn't seen them, here's a few snaps taken in De Kuil recently. ALeda brand as you can see. Thanks to the American guy who supplied the paper and half the weed! I think my end was something hawaiian from Nes (it had Aloha written on it?!) and the snake of Bluebird's lovely Malana Cream (or something like that.) The papers? hell I can't remember what they tasted like but I don't remember a bad taste.

Rollin' rollin' rollin'...

The finished article. No glue?!? it sticks just fine though...

Several people commented on the hash's serpentine appearance, but it wasn't intentional...hey maybe I just invented hash-sculpture clear joints.

My new friend fires it up and gives full approval.

Well I finally tried the Smoke Clear brand and I enjoyed them. I did not notice any funny or bad taste to them. What I liked most about them is that they really do burn slow and it seems impossible to get a "run" in the spliff so that is a big plus.

I bought some of the Glass brand ones from Club Media, had seen them in the UK but never bothered buying them. I quite like them though, as they let no air through like normal paper you seem to get a much heavier toke. The only problem I had was sitting in the Nes trying to roll with them, and I kept losing them!

Just tried some clear papers and I like them. They burn real slow. The brand I bought is called Trip,on thier sitehttp://www.papertrip.com/en/ I think they are saying they are healthier than regular papers.Of course they are trying to sell them. They are exspensive though,$6 a pack of 40.Still cheaper than blunts(Phillies of course)Worth a try. They do make a nice looking joint, would be cool at a party.

i grabbed a pack of the Extra Clear brand one the other day....i like them, tasted different and kinda weird but not strong at all..just a hint. The guy at the headshop had several brands but claimed they are all made by the same company in Brazil....

Hi All

I have tried these and very good in my opinion

One thing nobody has mentioned here, is their discreteness. Great for smoking in places where one needs to be careful, on the move, in a crowd, really blends in etc.

Does anyone know of transparent tips to make the ultimate see throu joint?

doesnt the weed kinda counteract the see throughness?

wouldnt it be less discrete cos you can straight out see that its not tobacco in there ( even if the smell didnt already give it away lol)
