how in gods name do i find a picture/image to fit for my avatar
been at it for ages and everything has to many pixels or what every grrrrrrrr

You resize a pic to fit using software like paint or a site like the following. http://www.resizeyourimage.com/

I've only just done mine about 10min ago dude.

I went google images, and searched for the smallest picture size.

If not get your pic and shrink it on paint to 100x100
