Weed-Taxi in Kerkrade Area ???

I know in Heerlen they got a Weed-Taxi you can call and then they bring your stuff.Anyone know if Kerkrade area has this too?

And for People who knows the scene in kerkrade: Whats going on at "Mans" ? The last 2x i ringed at Door no one opened me.This was the first time in 15 Years no one opened.....
