Amsterdam from sep 9th to sep 18th (with Haarlem & Utrecht)

Post by Jon BR »

Hi everyone!

I'm flying to Amsterdam in se 9th to explore the coffeshops, smoke with pride and enjoy the city. I used to this this every year, but now I'm going solo. I'll stay part of the time in the Flying Pig and part in a private apartment from Airbnb. Also, this time I'm planning to visit some famous coffeeshops in Haarlem (like Willie's Wortel) and Utrecht. Well, as I'm going solo, I'm totally intended to meet new people to talk and hang around and discover Amsterdam and ND as well. If someone will be there at this time leave me a message, I'll really appreciate meet new people in this trip! Hope to hear from you fellas.

In part I'm wondering if going solo is a good choice... but life is short and I can wait the perfect time for everything I want to do, so I believe it worth the risk!

See ya!
Jon

Welcome to the forum.

You have been posted on the September Whos In Town page.

You can see who else may be in town during your stay.

If you don't see yourself, click your refresh or reload button
Your browser sometimes loads pages from your local cache and
you don't get the latest update.

Watch for Toke & Talks, I post them up to the last minute.

Set yourself up with your own T&T or Toke and Talk, where you pick the coffeeshop (your favorite)
and the date and time, I will post it and you wait for folks to show up, if they do you'll have a
T&T. If they don't you still get to enjoy your favorite coffeeshop!

By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.

https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/membe ... e&u=110126

I can change it to a web link ( myspace, facebook, personal page )
or an email address if you want.

You can do a little practice shopping on the Coffeeshop Menus page.
Any with arrows are less than six months old.

Any nice new menu pictures you can get will be much appreciated.
Always ask first, better told no than thrown out.

I usually go solo. I'm sure you'll love the freedom to do as you please and will find you end up socialising more.

I'll be there 7-11th September and would be up for a t&t

I was in Utrecht recently and didn't really find any decent coffeeshops to relax in.
Adersom was ok but you have to buy to enter. Quite a few are buy and fly as well but I think they may do better weed. The weed boat one on the canal is meant to be ok but after a long walk with a bad back I discovered it was closed on Tuesdays (and possibly Monday or Wednesday, can't remember)
The canals were pretty though and the old centre with Dom tower is nice just don't go for the coffeeshops

Nice tips! I don't know much about the Utrecht coffeeshops, by my own I just think it could be different, not too much tourists and better flowers but it probably isn't true... Definitely Utrecht is more than CS, I'll check the main city spots for sure. Well, I'm solo and looking for the best buds and best concentrates I've ever tried. Last year the Sevilla Coffeeshop hooked me with tha atmosphere and the Isolator, really nice crystals and the budtender is a Brazilian (so do I) and I just realized it after 3 days talking to her in English lol.
Dudes I really appreciate those tips. Hope to meet u all to smoke the best cannabis in A'dam.

Thanks FlyByNight :)

The other good thing about Utrecht is that it's only 30 mins by train and you never have to wait long. I think they run every 15-20 mins
