The Doors palace bar on spuistraat is a great bar to sit and enjoy a joint while having a beer, many coffeeshops close by if your man needs to run off and buy something.

there are several bars round the city where u can drink and smoke, this is my favorite central bar though. I don't really goto coffeeshops to smoke, just bars.
