I prefer using filters, it's easier and healthier. Sometimes, if I have the time, I boil water and pour it into the filter myself.
This really gives the best taste as the water is boiling while it goes through the filter.

Right on! Although, I use water that is 15 or 20 seconds off of boil. :wink:

Yep, just off the boil for the magic temperature.

I French Press, no filters for me. Very coarse grind, four minutes in the water, then press.
