Oh you mean how you told me to think and read before I post? Fuck off. Chances are I've forgot more than you know. I havnt read up on bitcoin because you can't put it in my hand THEREFOR its NOT mind. Just because they devised a way to slowly trickle out artificial/digital currency in seemingly honest way doesn't mean as much if it can't be put in my hand. You have knowledge but do you have wisdom?

A bird in the hand is worth 2 in a bush.

Bitcoin is an alternative to centeral banks. Despite its flaws that is good and it did break the mold. A key piece to ever evolving history. I'm on your side so don't take it all to serious guy.

Time to smoke one

I told you to read before coming out with misinformation, the statements you came out with regarding bitcoin were incorrect, thus i told you to read before posting. No need to start telling people to fuck off :)

also you can hold bitcoin in your hand if you choose too, again your information is flawed, maybe just do some reading before you keep typing? I can answer questions, i don't really want to keep telling you that your information is wrong though.

thank you for admitting you know nothing about what you speak +5

to be fair elasticband your original replies to both me and redeyezman were rather condescending, but your posts since have actually been quite informative, because as you so eloquently pointed out, i know shit all about bitcoins!

My original posts may have come of as condescending, but sadly both of your posts was full of misinformed trash slating something i am quite interested in. I don't care if you trust or like bitcoin, i care about people being highly misinformed.

Thank you for admitting when you are wrong though, it takes a big person to publicly do so!

Silver is better. Competing currencies are good. Yours just isn't top dawg, and never will be. I'm glad you take a very close minded (bitcoin rocks if you don't agree your stupid stfu!) stance on it I'm sure it will turn on many people to join your highly superior intellectual ways, and if they don't.... Survival of the fittest is on your side

i don't care if bitcoin is top dawg or not and i don't think people are stupid if they don't support bitcoin, certain things that were said in regard to bitcoin were just plane false so i tried to provide some more accurate information as obviously people are confused, sorry if i have offended you.

You say bitcoins are mined?.. Uhh no. I think they just issue more when needed
the whole bitcoin thing seems hella dodgy to me. i mean, i know it's "legit" right, but the fact they can fluctuate in value as a "cyber-currency" just don't sit will with me. and everyone automatically assumes your doing something shady if you have them because of the anonymity and the fact that silk road utilizes them; i wouldn't want to convert them into cash deposits into my real bank in case somebody started watching my activity....but i wouldn't want them in the first place anyway!

My questions were more softball questions so anyone reading might have the same questions, but didnt wanna deal with getting a douchey response.... Hmmm..... So you don't have to keep quoting and pointing out how wrong the info was. I wasn't trying to "be right" so don't be so proud of yerself....

Have fun "mining" how does that work? Just let your computer run software? <--- more softball!

the process of mining bitcoin does involve running software, it is possible to do this with your home computers CPU or GPU possessing power, although doing it this way is highly unprofitable now. Mining is a competitive industry, new equipment with computer chips dedicated to mining now dominate the market.
