Seriously though you do know that pocket scales are more commonly used for weighing silver, gold and other legal products right?
A customs officer is more likely to just check they work or open up the battery compartment to make sure there is nothing in them. Take a swab perhaps.
Even in the good old US of A where some states have pretty stringent paraphenelia laws scales are not prohibited AFAIK.
.....except when there is a big lump of hash stuck to them. That might take a little explaining.
