Not when most of the info you seek is already posted on the forum. Either look at the directory or use the blue search link above the winking coin.
Already did, spend the entire night reading couldn't find any answers on my questions.

Threads I found answering a few of your questions.
Opening Times - coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=20909 Old thread but the info should still be good
Bikes in trains - coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=21893 You can sit next to your bike if you wish.
Iceolator - coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=24450
Best coffeeshop interior - coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=21398 Avoiding groups will be almost impossible in Amsterdam. Your best bet would be to head outside of the Centrum.

Shops with the same name are part of chain and have the same menu. The weed/hash may not necessarily be from the same batch but should be very similar.

The Amsterdam Map was updated less than a year ago, 2011 was the last time the copyright date was changed. More has changed in the last two months than in the previous years.

Parking in Amsterdam is paid so I don't know where she'll be able to wait while you make your purchases. Just have her circle the block until you're done. Or better yet have her pick you up a little later and go grab your gear.

Some budtenders will roll a joint for you but if its busy they will try to sell you a pre-roll. Another option is to buy pre-rolled cones from a headshop. Yes they come in different sizes never seen flavored ones. If you want a large amount it would be best to order those online.

Like I said most of the answers are here if you look/search for it.

Before making the 2 hour drive down South I want to buy some weed+hash at 2/3 coffeeshops.

Which shops are open at 08:00 + in a area not to busy, where my mom can wait in the car (for a couple minutes)?
she can probably wait on one of the streets off haarlemmerstraat while you go into barney's, i think it opens at 8am.

i think mellow yellow(vijzelgracht) is open at 7am, again parking for a few mins at that time in the morning should be easy enough

Yes but they don't say anything about specialities.

As someone who plans too much myself, this is some serious overplanning. Too many details, man. You can't expect to follow a plan with that amount of detail.

I'd print out the map from this site, circle some of the shops I definitely wanna hit and check them as I go. Also, "award winning" strains carry very little weight with those more familiar with the available stuff in the Dam.

In any event, whether you choose to follow this advise or not, have a good trip!

PS: I can't believe you have the patience to wait 9 months while living in NL.

PPS: Of the chain shops you listed, please avoid the weed from Bulldog and Greenhouse. Probably Abraxas too...

I included times on my original schedule like how many mins i would sit in each shop but decided last minute not to post it on the forum

Can't really complain with Eindhoven, 15 coffeeshops open from 10 in the morning to midnight every day + Tilburg within 30 mins. drive .
I like to travel a lot plus life in the Netherlands is expensive so i just have to wait/save up some extra cash :(
Plan to spend 400-500 euro in the coffeeshops and 600-700 on hotel/train/food/drinks/bike rental etc.

Why should i avoid the weed from Bulldog and Greenhouse? Because of the price?

Maybe i should make the list smaller, which shops sell half grams?
I would like to try some of the more expensive stuff like Grey Crystal (22e/g) but not want to spend more than 15 euro on 1 strain.

Planning your trip this far ahead is pretty crazy dude, several shops might have closed by then and some strains might not be around anymore. Looking at menus today and making a list really means nothing next year.

I like your style though!
