Amsterdam in Late May/Early June

I am set to go around the same time as you, but for 10 days and I thought I over analyzed what i wanted to experience in the Dam. I have never been their myself so, my opinion probably will not matter much, but you're going to stress yourself out planning every last detail out. Like others have alluded to, just wait until your much closer to your departure date before you start making an itinerary and it still should be a rough one at that, because you never know whats going to happen once you actually arrive and start experiencing the whole city.
