I've been lurking around here intermittently for quite some time. Since then I've actually made it to Amsterdam twice, on trips that would have been much less awesome without all the wisdom shared on here, so I'm really very grateful to all of the people who've spent time generating content and thought I should do a bit of my own.
I'm heading damwards again in a week (30th - 7th) for a trip that has been pleasantly extended from the original 4 days, so I'm looking forward to a much more complete trip. There may be a very hashy travelogue to come...

Re: Hello
Yeah I'd like that. I've got family stuff to do, but I'd love to make it to a TnT or something, maybe a game of chess in de graal.gapie wrote:hope to see u in da dam once I live here

Welcome to the forum.Hoops McCann wrote:in a week (30th - 7th)
You have been posted on the September and October Whos In Town pages.
You can see who else may be in town during your stay.
If you don't see yourself, click your refresh or reload button
Your browser sometimes loads pages from your local cache and
you don't get the latest update.
Watch for Toke & Talks, I post them up to the last minute.
Set yourself up with your own T&T or Toke and Talk, where you pick the coffeeshop (your favorite)
and the date and time, I will post it and you wait for folks to show up, if they do you'll have a
T&T. If they don't you still get to enjoy your favorite coffeeshop!
By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.
memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=110388
I can change it to a web link ( myspace, facebook, personal page )
or an email address if you want.
You can do a little practice shopping on the Coffeeshop Menus page.
Any with arrows are less than six months old.
Any nice new menu pictures you can get will be much appreciated.
Always ask first, better told no than thrown out.
Enjoy
