Does weed get worse before the cup?

Reviewing my posting history, FYI.. it's there for the world to read, I fail to see the basis of your opinion that I'm one of the worst offenders on ACD for being a troll.
I may invoke negativity among bullies and trolls ( hmm, how bout you? ), but that's my intent. I'm a member in good standing with the G.O.T.H. (Global Order of Troll Hunters).
So the question is this - are you pro or anti bulling/trolling?

I dont think the quality is any worse but I have been told before that items arent available because they are holding back for the cup. Have never noticed a price rise though.

You're absolutely right Bong, what started off as a cool kinda local living and "working" in Mokum and happy to show the noobs with 48hour passes the ropes I thought that was cool enough. One of the side effects of this internet is the most unlikely people get famous . Up went the consumption, bang went the job and the social security wont pay out forever so here we are.

Well slippy ,gapie has said that ALL coffeeshops are selling unflushed weed,he has either sampled ALL the weed in ALL the coffeeshops,or he hasn't,he mentions a few shops,but could you tell me,Is it better on this forum that we promote Coffeeshops or street dealers.Coffeeshops can lose their license if people sell weed in their shops off the street.I am sure that the anti cannabis politicans in Holland will be grateful of the posts from Gapie.As far as I am concerned whilst in Holland buy weed from the shop.If I owned a coffeeshop and someone came into that shop saying to my customers I can take you to another shop which has better weed,or I can sell you stuff off the street I would at least be very annoyed,would you not.


Just imagine owning a bar,and someone comes in and tries to sell your customers ethanol,yup no doubt that person telling you what was going on is a Troll.Just be grateful of information that isn't from the mainstream.

Who cares about the taste. Especially when the shop selling it has to close at the end of the year anyway or is mainly frequented by clueless tourists.

Save the 'good stuff' for the cup then use that one batch as a banner to sell crap the rest of the year. Hmm, never happens right?

I invite you (and everyone) to (re)read the comments directed at Gapie, and not just in this thread, however this is just the latest.
The problem is that some people can't or won't control themselves when it comes to differences, aka personality conflicts.
Instead of dealing with their issues in private, they go onto the web and shark/troll... and the reasons don't stop at personality conflicts, not that simple.
When some feel particularly nasty, brought on by who knows what, pissed off at the world or they were late to a pity party in their honor, they'll come to a forum such as ACD and begin trolling. Since 4/20, a couple of people decided to vent their issues, mainly directed at Gapie. No need to regurgitate the past, it's in the archives for all to read. I used to have the attitude of ignoring the person and eventually they will go away. However, since the advent/invention called the internet, which spawned the likes of trolls, internet warriors, and cyber bullies, I changed up. I'll call out a troll in a heart beat cause I have a special dark place reserved in my heart for all of them.

So then, does the weed get worse before the cup?
By the lack of responses, does anyone really give a fuck? Doesn't look like it...
FYI - it's been stated NUMEROUS times when prices for weed, lodging, transportation, etc... raise and fall, not to mention quality.
All one has to do is use the search function. Are stoners allergic to search engines? I've said it many times - don't feed the stoners.

Older budtender in boerejongons told me today that weed tends to get worse before the cup cos growers hold back the best till then. He also said they dont take part in the cup and they always have good properly cured and flushed weed tho so could have been pushing his own agenda abit

There really is a school of thought among some growers about feeding all the way to harvest with strong chems and that flushing for a better taste is a myth. If you like go and do a search on a big weed site like icmag and you'll see this to be true.
This school of thought is most prevalent where? You know the answer....

So if Gapie complains about poor weed in the dam pre cup I'd tend to sympathize. However there is unflushed weed all over the dam at all times of the year IMHO. This is a fact of life. Harsh, crackling and strong weed. Gets you stoned/high but the taste is awful.

On a separate note with Gapie I asked him privately to be more upfront about his activities/antics and be more helpful to the community in general. His response was to pretend he did not know what I was talking about.
Not my job to call people out so when I see Gapie I now tend to head in the opposite direction. He gets no more free rides (from me) until he starts to be honest and respectful to this community. Quite a few on here know what he is all about these days. He may not have always been this way but sadly this is what he has become.

Lep is wholly correct in his posts on this thread IMHO as is USBL who has been correct about Gapie for longer than anyone on this forum. However everyone should make their own choices which is why I tend to hold my tongue (publicly).
I laugh at those people who think Lep or USBL or others have 'personal issues' with Gapie. They just see through him is all.
