Hello my friends! (Sorry if this is in the wrong category!)


I'm a guy who's a chef and is it something I love so is it to stand in a kitchen with my bong and make some lovely food, both to me and others. Sometimes I drop weed/hash in my food, just because it's awesome, hehe.
I use weed in my food of course, but also hot drinks, cakes and pies, soups and sauces and some other stuff.

Now, I want to share my greatness in the kitchen with you all, by sharing you my recipes I use when cooking with weed and hash, some useful tips and some do and don't.

Tomorrow I'll give you my best tips to make an awesome hot chocolate on hash, with morning fresh pictures and the measurements I used.

Awesome start! This might be just the thing to test this weekend since it doesn't require bigger amounts as it makes only one "dose", unlike brownies for example.

When I'm doing my hot chocolate, the first thing I do is to heat up my butter and then put my hash in it and let it melt.
I do this because you want your hash to stay as long as possible on the warmth. Don't let it boil! I use 2-3 on a 1-10 cooker.

But ..for how long?

With crumbled/powdered hash I try to do at least two minutes of near-boiling the butter, stirring, until it has dissolved nice and evenly and sticks to the lipids.

A tablespoon of butter is plenty, btw, I've gotten away with dissolving single doses of hash-- around 1 gram for me-- in less.. around 5-10 grams of butter will do (a heaping teaspoon's worth), in case of dislike of buttery drinks.

...another quick method of making the single-portion hash butter: add crumbled hash and teaspoon of butter in small cup, microwave at half heat for 1 minute, stir, microwave for another minute, stir again, done. Not kidding. Useful if really in a hurry, but not needed in your recipe obv
