sounds like personal sensitivities are showing!
Fat...
when I was growing up - there were only a few people that were referred to as being "chunky" - there really were NOT fat in the sense of obesity we see today. There is now a whole new size of people on the planet and they are huge. Perhaps it is a genetic problem based on the quantity of fake packaged foods available and ingested... i don't know. But the reality is there ARE very Fat people, what's the big deal? Stanleymoon never said anything negative or judgmental just made an observation.
And I tend to agree with him - there are lots of unique and quirky ways of resolving issues in Amsterdam...including lowering the dead weight of a body out a window... geez better than being shoved or thrown down the stairs! : >

wow, key. i really cannot see where there has been a bitchfest and i defy you to explain the problem with discussion.
is it just because it's me? given that you specify that your answer is about my post i think it's reasonable for me to ask.

Or perhaps when you were "growing up" it was not sensationalized by the boob tube, radio, and now Internet. You don't think people got to be 300-400 lbs in the past? We should accept you account why? Username could be a mask for an otherwise sheltered life, how we know? You never met an able body person built like a grizzly bear? Man, I'd have figured you be more....worldly.
But yah... We're all fat n sad.... Start calling you hammer for always hitting the nail on the head.

if it's because i mentioned disgustingly fat people, then you are quite correct. my attitude toward very fat people does lack a bit of humanity. sorry about that, can't be helped.
Hi nice to meet you, im disgustingly fat,....maybe you can help me get lowered from our third floor room.

sheltered?
grew up in a small town upstate NY in the 50's and part of the 60's. Yeah there were grizzly bear men - it was the country after all! But not FAT in the manner that is around today. Maybe people were just more physically active in those days - but i think our fast food nation has a lot to do with it. lived in NYC for decades. toured the country many times while in showbiz, lived in LA, Chicago, Chendu, China...plus numerous other shorter stays. not so sheltered... seen a lot. If you are younger than I then perhaps you have not had the same opportunity to observe the expanding girth of the inhabitants of the planet. It is not a judgement, just an observation.

Nothing personal, and i realize the irony of me answering you about something totally unrelated to the thread title to explain why what you said could result in the thread becoming something totally unrelated to the thread and therefore in a discussion/argument that takes away from the original concern displayed, originally, that this thread was meant for... Like now!
...Does that make sense?

I don't understand how going bald, which isn't a choice, can be compared to someone stuffing their face with crap until they can't even manage to get off their arses. My Uncle is 40 stone + (probably more like 60). I love him as my uncle, but he disgusts me as a human being. There is no medical reason, just greed and laziness. Maybe the yanks among us don't get that in the UK, I and everyone else has to foot the bill for their medical treatment when they get diabetes or need their knees replacing, which may explain the difference of opinion. They give out gastric bands on the NHS for fucks sake.
I actually forget what this thread is about now...

Chrome dome here, but the excess blubber is mostly gone after two years of small diet changes. The fat may come back but the hair is definitely gone for good.

It's right beside the drink counter at the back of the shop. My girlfriend said to me "fuck that's dangerous!" We had just ordered a drink but not paid and sparked up. Seconds later we hear a huge smash and then screaming! The girl working there had fell right down carrying glasses or drinks! She was pure screaming and obviously in a lot of pain. Worst thing is the staff didn't seem that concerned! The bud tender kept serving and another girl went and got someone from Barney's farm who did seem concerned and foned an ambulance! It just really weirded me out coz I was so high and it could easily have been a customer or 1 of us! She must of had broken bones as the screaming was unreal! We tried to check on her of course but a crowd of customers were gathered round. Not what u want at 10.30 am when u r high as fuck! Barney's Ain't on top of my list today! overpriced anyway IMO.
Saw a diabetic girl collapose in a heap once! lol mental.
