WantToSmoke wrote:Hello! :D I've been lurking for a while and thought I should join up! I'm planning my first trip to Amsterdam in January to celebrate my 20th birthday. From what i've seen so far on this site and stories from friends I am really excited about visiting...I already have a list of things to try haha! I'm thinking of staying for at least 5 days to fully enjoy the city. I'll keep doing my research for the trip myself but if anyone would be kind enough to help me choose a good, cheap hostel I would be very grateful, my biggest fear is not finding somewhere thats within walking distance of good coffee shops! I've read good reviews of "The Flying Pig Uptown" but is it in an area that is close to a good selection of coffee shops?

I look forward to hearing from you :)

flying pig is a good choice. Lots of places to smoke, chill, party on site as well as coffee shops all around the general area. have a look at the maps.
How much did you produce?
